You need a valid driver's license (held for at least 1 year), proof of insurance (we can provide if needed), and a credit or debit card for payment. For rideshare work, you may also need to show proof of platform approval (Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, etc.).

Is insurance included in the rental price?

Yes, all Swift Ride rentals include comprehensive commercial insurance coverage suitable for rideshare and delivery work. This includes liability, collision, and comprehensive coverage. Additional coverage options are available for extra protection.

Can I rent a vehicle for Uber or Lyft driving?

Absolutely! Swift Ride specializes in vehicle rentals for rideshare drivers. All our vehicles meet Uber, Lyft, and other rideshare platform requirements. Our insurance coverage is specifically designed for commercial rideshare use.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before pickup for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup incur a 25% cancellation fee. If you need to end your rental early, contact our support team for prorated refund options.

What happens if the vehicle breaks down?

All Swift Ride rentals include 24/7 roadside assistance. If your vehicle breaks down, call our support number immediately. We'll arrange towing if needed and provide a replacement vehicle at no extra cost to minimize your downtime.

Vehicle pickup is available at our convenient locations in major cities. During pickup, we'll inspect the vehicle together and provide keyless entry access. Returns are flexible - simply park at the designated location, lock the vehicle, and complete the return process in our app.
